By visiting our site, purchasing from us, or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms, including any additional policies referenced herein (including our Shipping and Return Policies). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Nature of Our Products
All Ever Be Candles and Ever Be Body products are hand-poured and handmade in small batches. Because of this, natural variations may occur, including differences in color, texture, wax appearance, or minor cosmetic imperfections. These characteristics are inherent to handcrafted goods and do not constitute defects.

3. Ingredient Transparency & Use
Ever Be Candles is committed to using clean, thoughtfully sourced, toxin-free ingredients, including premium waxes and phthalate-free fragrance oils.
By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that:

4. Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are prepared with care and intention. Please allow 7–10 business days from the date of purchase for processing and delivery.
Processing times include hand-pouring, curing, inspection, packaging, and shipment. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Ever Be Candles is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Product availability may be limited due to small-batch production. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per order.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Exchanges are permitted under the following conditions:

Local Customers (San Antonio, TX):
Items purchased at an Ever Be Experience may be exchanged in person if unused, unburned, and in original condition, subject to availability. -
Non-Local Customers:
Exchange requests must be initiated by emailing sales@everbecandles.com with your order number. Exchanges are subject to approval and may require return shipping at the customer’s expense.
Ever Be Candles reserves the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, images, logos, product names, designs, and branding—is the intellectual property of Ever Be Candles and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ever Be Candles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with a product or service is limited to exchange as outlined in these Terms.
