Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

However, exchanges are welcome under the following conditions:

Local Exchanges (San Antonio Area)

If you attended an Ever Be Experience locally and your product is:

  • Unused

  • Unburned

  • In original condition

You are welcome to bring it back in person to exchange for another item of equal value, subject to availability.

Non-Local Exchanges

If you are not local to San Antonio and need to request an exchange, please email us at:

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue, and our team will provide next steps. All exchange requests must be initiated within a reasonable timeframe from delivery and approved prior to return.
