Handmade Nature & Product Variations

Each Ever Be Candle and Ever Be Body product is hand-poured in small batches. Because of this, natural variations may occur, including (but not limited to) subtle differences in color, texture, wax appearance, or labeling alignment. Minor imperfections are not defects—they are the beautiful mark of craftsmanship and evidence that your product was made by human hands, not machines.

These variations do not affect the performance, safety, or integrity of the product.

Ingredient Integrity & Our Promise

We are deeply committed to using the purest, thoughtfully sourced ingredients available. Our products are crafted with clean, toxin-free formulations, including phthalate-free fragrance oils and premium waxes.

Because we prioritize quality over speed, your order may require time to pour, cure, and prepare properly before shipment. This allows us to deliver a product that aligns with our standards—and our values.

Processing & Shipping Timeline

Please allow 7–10 business days from the date of purchase for processing and delivery.

This timeline includes:

• Hand-pouring and curing time

• Careful inspection and packaging

• Transit time once shipped

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During seasonal releases or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we create each order with intention.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

However, exchanges are welcome under the following conditions:

Local Exchanges (San Antonio Area)

If you attended an Ever Be Experience locally and your product is:

• Unused

• Unburned

• In original condition

You are welcome to bring it back in person to exchange for another item of equal value, subject to availability.
